1. Shipping Methods

We offer 2 shipping methods:

• Store Pickup — Free of charge
• Home Delivery — 100 THB per order

2. Delivery Timeframe

For home delivery, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination area.

3. Store Pickup

For store pickup, please bring your order confirmation (order number) to our office address during business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00).

4. Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services throughout Thailand.

5. Order Tracking

Customers can track their order and delivery status through the "My Orders" page in their account, or contact us via email.
