Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

2. Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Products that do not match the order
  • Products with manufacturing defects

3. Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Software or licenses that have been activated
  • Products returned after 7 days from receipt

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at info@thundersoftware.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Wait for approval from our team within 2 business days
  3. Ship the product back to the provided address, or bring it to our store
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund

5. Refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • For products damaged during shipping — full refund including shipping fees
  • For change-of-mind returns — product cost only, excluding shipping fees

6. Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product first, then place a new order.
