Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
2. Eligible for Return
- Products damaged during shipping
- Products that do not match the order
- Products with manufacturing defects
3. Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products not in their original packaging
- Software or licenses that have been activated
- Products returned after 7 days from receipt
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us via email at info@thundersoftware.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable)
- Wait for approval from our team within 2 business days
- Ship the product back to the provided address, or bring it to our store
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund
5. Refund
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase
- For products damaged during shipping — full refund including shipping fees
- For change-of-mind returns — product cost only, excluding shipping fees
6. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product first, then place a new order.
