Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions
Customers can cancel their orders before the products have been shipped, through the "My Orders" page in their account or by contacting us via email.
2. Eligible for Cancellation
- Unpaid orders — can be cancelled immediately
- Paid orders that have not been shipped — can be cancelled, and a refund will be processed according to our refund policy
3. Not Eligible for Cancellation
- Orders that have already been shipped — cannot be cancelled, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy
- Custom-made or special order products (if applicable)
4. How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Go to the "My Orders" page
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Order" button
Alternatively, contact us via email with your order number and reason for cancellation.
5. Refund After Cancellation
If you have already paid and successfully cancel your order, we will process a full refund within 14 business days through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
